with 50 kg
the volume will be 1500 kg

3*5
with 100 kg
the volume will b
1500 kg
in the second option u will grow faster, and get stronger faster,
that doesn't mean u should never work on 10 reps
that just means that most of the time work 3-8 reps
and there is a big difference between 8 to 10 reps, for most people ...
